Jacqueline Stroupe Tinkey (Class of 1948) passed away on July 24, 2019. Jackie was born on October 26, 1930 and was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. Jackie was married to her childhood sweetheart and classmate Rex Tinkey, who preceded her in death.
